The Gigamon creative director guides all brand creative projects and deliverables. This person is responsible for the overall brand and the quality of work produced by the corporate marketing team. The creative director sets and communicates our brand standards and focuses on developing and building the company’s image and reputation through creative vision and delivery.    
  
What you’ll do:  
  • Proactively evolve Gigamon’s global brand as a strategic visionary 
  • Consistently evolve a brand in a way that tightly aligns to changing business and marketing requirements.  
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and deliverables. 
  • Manage a creative staff of internal designers and/or external design agencies in the development and production of all marketing assets, from collateral to the web, events, and advertising 
  • Develop and manage the company’s brand and creative guidelines and standards and ensure that they are consistently met across the company’s internal and external communications channels 
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams 
  • Remain actively involved in hiring, training, and managing creative staff and agencies 
  
What you’ve done:  
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in creative design preferably in B2B technology, with at least 4 years serving as a creative lead 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Experience Manager tools and workflows 
  • Proven track record designing and leading teams that deliver award-winning work 
  • Experience performing and/or managing range of creative roles, including graphic design, art direction, presentation design, and copywriting 
  • Expert knowledge of the business side of design 
  • Proven skill in developing and delivering well-designed web sites and online marketing campaigns 
  • International experience working with global teams

  • Ability to inspire creativity and work well with diverse personalities 
  • Deep understanding of online marketing and user-centered design

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role is expected to be between $168,000 - $210,000 (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. 
 
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit programs, which may include health and other insurances such as life and disability, and savings accounts such as a retirement plan with company matching contributions or similar, paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick), tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program (EAP), business travel accident insurance, employee discounts, and employee referral program. Additionally, employees may be eligible to participate in the Profit Interest Units plan.
